After an amazing meal. Family and friends toasting the happy couple the party danced until closing. With Darren joining the band to play the drums. The couple shared their love with all in attendance.

In acknowledgement of the 10th anniversary

 On the Friday evening following the attack of 9-11 hundreds of local residents gathered at the Manhattan Beach Pier to pay their respects to the victims of the attacks  on the Twin Towers at the World Trade Center in New York City.

 On July 29, 2010 Mira Costa High School held their 60th Anniversary celebration at the school campus before hundreds of alumni under sunny skies.

On September 11, 2010 the City of Hermosa Beach dedicated a new public bench at the greenbelt and Pier Avenue in honor of the victims of the 9-11 event in New York City.

 Police Chaplin Gila Katz who spent three weeks at ground zero in 2001 and is a current Hermosa Beach resident speaks to the crowd regarding the work to build the memorial .
